Automation

We use the open source n8n platform to perform automation tasks and send notifications. n8n is similar to Zapier, IFTTT, or Power Automate, but can be self-hosted.

n8n connects the various APIs from Mastodon, Slack, Patreon, Ko-fi, and GitHub.

n8n runs on our main Kubernetes cluster.

People

There is a limited set of people with administrative controls to our core applications and infrastructure. In the event of a disaster which limits those people from performing their duties, alternatives have been identified to take control of our system and insure continuity of operations.
